Fees
At Midnight Solace, we strive to provide accessible, high-quality therapy services. Our fees are as follows:
- Individual Therapy: $100 per session
- Sliding Scale: Limited spots are available on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if you require financial assistance.
Fees are subject to periodic review and may change with notice.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept credit card, and e-transfer.
- A receipt will be provided for each session, which you may submit to your insurance provider if applicable.
Insurance Coverage
Midnight Solace does not bill insurance directly. However, many extended health benefits plan cover therapy with a registered psychotherapist. Please check with your provider to determine your coverage.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your session time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and that of your therapist:
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- *If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
*Your clinician will wait 15 minutes if you are late for a session. If you have not notified your clinician in advance, the session will be marked a ‘No Show’ after this time, and you will have to re-schedule and pay the full session fee for the missed appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
